The UC Berkeley Haas School of Business has released the application deadlines for their MBA program starting in the fall of 2013:

Round 1:
Deadline - 10/17/2012
Decision - 1/10/2013

Round 2:
Deadline - 11/29/2012
Decision - 2/21/2013

Round 3:
Deadline - 1/16/2013
Decision - 4/11/2013

Round 4:
Deadline - 3/12/2013
Decision - 5/16/2013
